The NuWave Jubilee Double Grill is perfect for grilling indoors all year long. By cooking two Grill Plates, one on the top and one on the bottom, you can ensure all your favorite meat, poultry, fish and even sandwiches are cooked evenly on both sides. You can even set the temperature on each Grill Plate independently, giving you total control of your cooking experience. The top Grill Plate can even be adjusted to different cooking levels, allowing you to cook foods that are up to 3 inches thick, so even that thick Porterhouse steak can be cooked to perfection in the Jubilee. Plus, unwanted fat and grease runs off to the Jubilee’s drip tray while it cooks, ensuring that your meal is healthier for you and your family without sacrificing taste. The Jubilee cooks between 60°F and 475°F, adjustable in 5°F, with the added ability to sear at temperatures as high as 525°F. In addition to this precise temperature control, you can use the included Digital Temperature Probe to ensure your meat is cooked to just the right temperature every single time.
